Returns & Exchanges

We know you are going to absolutely love your purchases from Duchess & Deco. However we understand that sometimes you may not be pleased with the product you have purchased and in some cases will need to return it.

Product returns to Duchess & Deco must be pre-authorised and after consultation and inspection, we will either repair or replace. This will be at the discretion of Duchess & Deco.

Please choose carefully, as Duchess & Deco does not accept returns, simply because you have changed your mind, or the product was not what you expected.

Please note that Duchess & Deco will only accept returns or exchanges based on the following circumstances:

  • Products, which have been damaged during transit. Please take time to check your items on arrival. If they are damaged, please take digital photos of the damaged item and contact
    [email protected] within 3 days of the goods arriving. We will organise to have the damaged products returned to Duchess & Deco and a replacement sent to you as quickly as possible.
  • Your product is faulty, where it is proven that the fault is with the product. Please refer to the Duchess & Deco Product Warranty for further information.
  • If you detect a manufacturing fault with your product. Please refer to the Duchess & Deco Product Warranty for further information.
  • In the unlikely event that the wrong item has been shipped to you, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will ship you a replacement item as quickly as possible.

Duchess & Deco will not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Damage to products that is caused by you that is accidental or otherwise.
  • Damage to products caused by wind, adverse weather conditions, misuse, fire, flood, hail, earthquakes or any other natural disasters.
  • Natural wear and tear that is caused after delivery.

All returns must be accompanied by an invoice and shipping costs incurred will be covered by Duchess & Deco, should the product be deemed faulty.

All claims, refunds, returns or exchanges for items purchased through retail outlets (other than must be handled by the original location of purchase.
